2. Description of Services

Brinvale specializes in real estate transaction management. Our Services include coordination of purchase and sale processes, document handling, and liaison with relevant parties. Additional offerings include digital guides and templates related to real estate transactions, as well as branded merchandise.

3. Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and other informational materials are provided electronically upon purchase. These products are delivered instantly and are considered delivered at the time of purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Branded merchandise and printed materials will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen delivery method.

5. Refund Policy

Services

If you request cancellation of a real estate transaction management service more than 7 days before the agreed start date, a full refund of any service fees paid will be issued. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund, as resource allocation may already be underway. After services have commenced, fees are non-refundable due to commitments with third parties. However, you may transfer your booking to another individual or reschedule the service by notifying us at least 3 days before the original date.

Information Products

All sales of digital guides and templates are final, as delivery is immediate. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for support or a possible replacement.

Physical Goods

You may return physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned items.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consulting packages are expressly non-refundable due to the customized allocation of expert time and resources. This policy is necessary to ensure fair planning and commitment of our professional team.

7. Modification of Terms

Brinvale reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at brinvale.biz. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brinvale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction in Geneva.
